Welcome to the "Home Harmony" application (hereinafter referred to as "this application"). This application is developed and operated by YZS Digital Marketing Pte. Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "we"). To protect your legitimate rights and interests, please read and understand this agreement carefully before use. By registering, logging in, or using this application, you indicate that you have fully understood and agreed to all contents of this agreement.

I. Account Registration and Use

  1. Users must register with authentic and lawful identity information and guarantee the authenticity, accuracy, and completeness of the submitted materials.
  2. Users are responsible for the security of their accounts and passwords and must not transfer, rent, or lend their accounts to others.
  3. If you discover any abnormal use of your account, please notify us immediately to prevent further losses.

II. Service Content

  1. This application provides consultation, analysis, and personalized recommendation services related to Five Elements, Feng Shui, and home layout.
  2. We may optimize, expand, or adjust services according to business development. Users' use of the latest version indicates acceptance of related changes.
  3. Some services may charge fees, and specific charging standards and methods will be clearly informed within the application.

III. User Conduct Standards

Users must not engage in the following behaviors when using this application:

  1. Acts that violate the laws and regulations of the People's Republic of China and social order and good customs;
  2. Publishing or spreading false information, vulgar or illegal content;
  3. Unauthorized use of this application for commercial promotion, advertising, and other activities;
  4. Malicious attacks, reverse engineering, server intrusion, data theft, and other behaviors that endanger platform security;
  5. Infringement of others' legitimate rights and interests (including intellectual property rights, privacy rights, reputation rights, etc.).

If users violate this agreement, we have the right to take measures such as warnings, restrictions, freezing, or canceling accounts, and reserve the right to pursue legal liability.

IV. Intellectual Property

  1. The intellectual property rights of this application and its related content (including but not limited to text, images, videos, software, algorithms, interface design, etc.) belong to us or relevant right holders.
  2. Without our written permission, no one may use the content of this application by copying, modifying, disseminating, selling, or other means.

V. Disclaimer

  1. The analysis, recommendations, and calculation results provided by this application are for reference only and do not constitute any absolute conclusions or professional advice.
  2. Due to network, equipment, or force majeure factors causing service interruption, delay, or data loss, we will try our best to repair but do not bear the responsibility for losses caused thereby.
  3. Losses caused by users' improper operations (such as password leakage, device loss) shall be borne by the users themselves.

VI. Privacy Protection

We attach great importance to user privacy and personal information protection. For related content, please refer to the "Home Harmony Privacy Policy".

VII. Agreement Changes and Termination

  1. We have the right to modify this agreement in a timely manner according to business development and legal changes. The modified agreement will be published within the application and take effect immediately.
  2. If users do not agree with the modification content, they should immediately stop using this application; continued use is deemed to accept the modification.
  3. We have the right to suspend or terminate providing part or all services to users when necessary.

VIII. Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution

  1. The establishment, execution, and interpretation of this agreement shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China.
  2. Disputes arising from the use of this application shall be resolved through friendly negotiation; if negotiation fails, either party may file a lawsuit with the people's court with jurisdiction in the place where our company is registered.
